Wear comfortable workout clothing you can move easily in. We recommend grip socks for stability and bringing water. Everything else you need will be provided in the studio.

Nope — we’ve got you covered. Our studio is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for class, so there’s no need to bring a yoga mat or any special gear. Just wear comfortable workout clothing, bring water, and show up ready to move. We’ll take care of the rest.
