  • Stretch + Restore [45]

    A slower, restorative class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support recovery. Through deep stretching, breathwork, and mindful movement, Restore 45 helps you reset, recharge, and move with greater ease.

  • Sculpt [30]: Upper

    A focused 30-minute workout targeting arms, shoulders, back, and core. Expect intentional strength work, light weights, and high-rep sequences designed to build tone, definition, and upper body endurance.

  • Sculpt [30]: Lower

    A lower-body focused class designed to sculpt and strengthen glutes, thighs, and hips. Through controlled, targeted movements, Sculpt 30: Lower builds strength, stability, and that signature barre burn—in just 30 minutes.

  • Pilates + Barre [60]

    Discover the best of both worlds with this low-impact fusion of Pilates and barre. Inspired by the Human Reformer method by Barre Above®, this full-body class uses resistance bands and controlled movement patterns to mimic the feel of a reformer workout —without the machine. Expect improved core strength, better posture, increased flexibility, and long, lean muscle definition in a welcoming, all-levels environment.

  • Pilates for Dancers [PBT]

    A Pilates-inspired class based on the internationally recognized Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) method. Using stability balls, resistance bands, and targeted exercises, you'll build core strength, improve posture and alignment, increase flexibility, and develop better balance and body awareness. Perfect for dancers, athletes, and adults looking to move better, prevent injuries, and build strength from the inside out. No dance experience is required, and all equipment is provided.
