Train Stronger. Move Better.
NEW THIS SUMMER: PBT Summer Intensive
Dancers don't get stronger by taking the summer off.
Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) helps dancers build core strength, stability, posture, flexibility, alignment, and body awareness—skills that translate directly to stronger technique, improved control, and reduced injury risk when they return to the studio this fall.
✔ Open to dancers from all studios
✔ Great for athletes, Barre Collective members, and anyone looking to improve posture and flexibility
✔ 1-hour classes every Thursday
✔ June 11 – August 13
Summer Flexibility Included:
Pay for 8 classes and enjoy 10 weeks to use them around vacations, camps, rehearsals, and busy summer schedules.
What to Wear & Bring
Please wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely, such as dancewear, leggings, shorts, fitted tops, or activewear. Dancers are welcome to wear ballet attire if preferred. Grip socks are required for added comfort and stability, and don't forget to bring a water bottle. All PBT equipment is provided.
Bring:
✔ A water bottle
✔ A positive attitude and willingness to learn
That's it! All PBT equipment and training tools are provided as part of the program, so there's no need to purchase or bring any additional equipment.
