  • Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that blends Pilates, yoga, and strength training to build long, lean muscle and improve flexibility.

  • Yes! Every class is designed for all levels. Your instructor will guide you with options and modifications throughout class.

  • Comfortable, form-fitting activewear works best. Grip socks are recommended for safety and stability. Available for purchase in lobby.

  • Just a water bottle and yourself. We provide all equipment, including mats, bands, and weights.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so we can get you checked in and oriented.

  • We kindly ask that all class cancellations be made at least 4 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being forfeited or a late fee applied. This helps us keep classes running smoothly and ensure spots are available for other clients. Thank you for understanding and supporting our studio community!

  • No dance experience? No problem. Barre blends ballet, Pilates, and strength training into small, controlled moves for all levels. Instructors cue form, offer modifications, and emphasize alignment so you build strength, flexibility, and confidence at your own pace. Come as you are — we’ll meet you where you’re at.

  • In November 2025 we opened our first Barre Collective studio — a welcoming space for adults of all levels to enjoy ballet-inspired barre, Pilates, and strength training. Try a class and see why our approach to fitness is fun and effective.

  • Expect a welcoming, low-pressure trial class where an instructor leads a beginner-friendly barre workout blending ballet, Pilates, and strength moves. We’ll warm up, tone core and full body at the barre and mat, then finish with a stretch. Modifications and cues suit all levels.

    You’ll leave energized with better posture; mild soreness for 24–48 hours is normal. Your instructor can answer questions, suggest classes and a safe progression, and help you choose a membership or package if you’d like to continue.
