Comfortable workout clothing, grip socks (recommended), and a water bottle. All equipment is provided.

Yes. Because it’s low-impact, Teen Barre is excellent for in-season cross-training and recovery-focused strength work.

No. Teens can attend using drop-in rates, class packs, or trial options depending on availability.

Teen Barre is currently offered on Thursdays at 7:00 PM. Additional classes may be added based on interest and demand.
