  • Yes. Teen Barre is designed for all experience levels. Exercises are coached and modified so beginners feel supported while experienced dancers and athletes are challenged.

  • Teen Barre is fully supervised and led by certified instructors who focus on proper form, alignment, and injury prevention. There’s no guessing, unsafe equipment, or unsupervised training.

  • Teen Barre supports dancers, cheerleaders, gymnasts, and student-athletes in all sports by improving core strength, balance, mobility, and control.

  • Comfortable workout clothing, grip socks (recommended), and a water bottle. All equipment is provided.

  • Yes. Because it’s low-impact, Teen Barre is excellent for in-season cross-training and recovery-focused strength work.

  • No. Teens can attend using drop-in rates, class packs, or trial options depending on availability.

  • Teen Barre is currently offered on Thursdays at 7:00 PM. Additional classes may be added based on interest and demand.
