Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that blends Pilates, yoga, and strength training to build long, lean muscle and improve flexibility.
Is your barre studio beginner-friendly?
Yes! Every class is designed for all levels. Your instructor will guide you with options and modifications throughout class.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, form-fitting activewear works best. Grip socks are recommended for safety and stability. Available for purchase in lobby.
What should I bring to class?
Just a water bottle and yourself. We provide all equipment, including mats, bands, and weights.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so we can get you checked in and oriented.
Do you offer trial classes?
Yes — new clients receive a complimentary trial class to experience the studio before committing.
How do I book a class?
All classes can be booked directly through our website’s scheduler. Simply choose your class and complete checkout.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients can cancel up to 1 hour before class without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Can I attend class if I’m pregnant or postpartum?
Yes! Barre is low-impact and highly modifiable. Please inform your instructor before class so we can offer pregnancy-safe options.
What if I’m new to fitness or returning after time off?
You’re welcome here. Our classes are supportive, approachable, and focused on proper form at your pace.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes — we offer personalized 1:1 private training for technique, mobility, and customized fitness goals.
What is the difference between your class formats?

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available on our website and make the perfect wellness gift for any occasion.
